Studio Policies

General Policies:

• No food and drinks, including gum are allowed in the studio, besides water.
• Personal items including cell phones are not allowed in the studio.
• A monthly newsletter is distributed by email.  If you do not have an email address, it is posted on our website and in the lobby.  Please check this for important updates and event notifications.
• Weather related closings will be posted on Wham-13 and 13wham.com
• Parent Observation classes are held twice a year.
• We hold an annual dance recital in June.  We encourage all students to participate.
• Withdrawal from the studio – Registered students must notify us in writing.  You are responsible for all tuition and fees until we receive this notification.

Tuition & Fees:

• The Registration Fee of $20 is due upon registration and non-refundable.
• Tuition is an annual amount based on the number hours a student dances per week.
• We offer a 5% discount for a full payment by September 30^th.
• Tuition may be paid in 10 monthly installments.  Installments are due the first week of each month. 
• Monthly tuition payments received after the 10^th will incur a $10 late fee.
• Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted forms of payment.
• Automatic credit card payment plans are available for your convenience.
• We do not send out bills.  Periodically, you will receive a statement of account.
• There are no refunds for missed classes.  Students may take a make-up class.
• There is a 10% sibling discount for each additional child.
• Private Lessons are charged per ½ hour lesson and will be billed at the end of each month.
• Private Lesson cancellations require a 24 hour notification.  If we do not receive this notice, you will be billed for the lesson.
• Costume Deposits are $35 per costume and are due by November 1^st.  Costume balances are due by February 1^st (prices range from $50 - $75).  A fundraising opportunity will be available.
• The Recital Fee is $50 per family and is due by April 1^st.
• Checks will non-sufficient funds will incur a $25 fee.

• No jewelry
• Hair must be pulled back (no hair in the face).
